Waterways
		On the Illinois River, the Marseilles and Starved Rock Locks are closed due to high water.  
		On the Mississippi River, everything from Lock and Dam 16 through Lock and Dam 22 is closed.  There are also restrictions for several of the open locks and high water stretches of the rivers.
