Any interested person who believes a public hearing should be held for this project may request that a hearing be held by writing Mr. Gregory L. Mounts, Region 2 Deputy Director, 819 Depot Avenue, Dixon, IL 61021. To be considered, request must be written and received by November 23, 2005. A hearing will be held if sufficient interest is demonstrated by the public.

This meeting is accessible to disabled individuals. Persons planning to attend this meeting who
