MONMOUTH, IL -- The Illinois Department of Transportation will hold a public
informational meeting in Monmouth on April 15 to discuss an improvement
to US 67/34.
The informational meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday,
April 15, at Monmouth City Hall, Conference Room, 100 E. Broadway,
in Monmouth. The public is invited to attend at any time during
the meeting hours. There will be no formal presentation.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the new design for the
US 67/34 and Harlem Ave. intersection in Monmouth, and to receive
public input on the plans. Exhibits will be on display for public
review and IDOT personnel will be available to discuss the project
and answer questions.
The meeting room is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone
needing special accommodations should contact John Anderson and
