Open House Public Informational Meeting
The Illinois Department of Transportation, District 2 Office,
will conduct an open house public informational meeting regarding
the proposed improvement of Illinois 75 from the Rock River to
Illinois 2 in Rockton, Illinois.
Proposed is:
• VIEW DISPLAYS
• DISCUSS DESIGN DETAILS
• ANSWER QUESTIONS
• OBTAIN PUBLIC COMMENTS AND INPUT
• DISCUSS RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIREMENTS

Any interested person who believes a public hearing should be
held for this project may request that a hearing be held by writing
Mr. Gregory L. Mounts, District Engineer, 819 Depot Avenue, Dixon,
IL 61021. To be considered, request must be written and received by
April 1, 2005. A hearing will be held if sufficient interest is
demonstrated by the public.
This meeting is accessible to disabled individuals. Persons
planning to attend this meeting who
will need a sign language interpreter or other similar
accommodations should notify, either by telephone or letter, Mr.
Geoff Smith at the Illinois Department of Transportation, 819 Depot
Avenue, Dixon, IL 61021 or (815) 284-5510, or Transmission for the
Deaf (815) 284-1667, at least five days prior to the meeting so that
reasonable accommodations can be made.
