Control of Outdoor Advertising Permits

Attention: With form numbers LA 9001, LA 9002, LA 9003, LA 9004, & LA 9005 please refer to Section 522.50 of the Administrative Code for the rules that specify what supporting documentation and fees are to be included with the application form. Any applications that are submitted without the required documentation and fees will be returned to the applicant without being processed and required to resubmit with proper documentation and fee.
