Schedule
The
progression of the project from our current point to
construction is still a few months away. Phase I, where the
study team performed surveys, environmental studies, and
developed alternatives, is complete. Our current phase
(Phase II) is a 24-month period where detailed construction
plans are being developed. The negotiation and purchase of
any needed right-of-way or easements has begun and will be
done during this phase. Finally, Phase III will consist of
the construction of the project by a contractor. This could
take between 24 to 36 months to complete. |
