The Statement of Experience and Financial Condition is the document required
to be prepared and submitted by engineering consultant firms annually for review
by IDOT to become prequalified and/or to remain prequalified.

Professional Transportation Bulletin
The IDOT Professional Transportation Bulletin is the official notice of
needed professional services for the Illinois Department of Transportation. The
Bulletin is published typically 4 times a year. This is not an invitation for
bids. A tentative schedule and the latest Professional Transportation Bulletin
