Navigate to the Letting and Bidding Information page,
located at
http://www.dot.il.gov/desenv/delett.html.

Click on the Letting link of your choice.

Click on the “Plans and Proposals” link on the Letting
page.

Click on the job link of your choice, which are arranged
by item number.

Click on the “Plans” link.
(Note: If a “Plans” link is not found, the plans are
either not available or Fold-Up Plans are within the proposal.)

Click on the PDF of the complete plan set, which is
named in the format of pl00000-000.pdf.
(Scroll to the bottom of the page.)

Located within the first few sheets of the plans, there
will be listed an “Index of Sheets,” which will list the
contents of that particular plan set by page number.
Users with
dial-up service: You may find download times are
faster by opening the individual sheets. You'll find the
Index of Sheets usually within the first three sheets. |
